Our Goal
We at Livingston Machinery are dedicated to offering you the best service possible 24 hours a day, 7 days a
week. We strive to keep the best parts inventory in the industry, especially when it comes to Hesston and
Big Balers and our knowledgeable parts staff can help you with anything you need on any of the many brands we
carry. Our Goal is to provide you with the equipment and parts you need as well as the service you've come
to expect from us at Livingston Machinery. We sincerely appreciate your business and look forward to continuing

Our History
Earl Livingston started working for
Case Company in 1973 in Elk City,
OK. He later went on to manage a
Case Company Store in Paris, TX. In
1979, he and wife Sharon moved to
Chickasha, OK to manage Chickasha
Tractor & Equipment. On May 1, 1987,
Earl and Sharon went out on their
own with one employee and opened up
Livingston Machinery Company in a
small building around the corner
from Chickasha Tractor & Equipment,
buying and selling used equipment
and working with a few other dealers
to provide local customers with some
new equipment. In 1988, Livingston
Machinery was awarded the Hesston
contract for their area and began
selling and promoting some of the
very first Big Square Balers as well
as selling the full line of Hesston
Round Balers and Windrowers. In 1990
Earl and Sharon bought out Chickasha
Tractor & Equipment and moved into
the current location of Livingston
Machinery Company at 5201 South
Highway 81 in Chickasha and started
adding new machinery lines to their
quickly expanding business. In 1996,
Livingston Machinery Company bought
the Fairview location at 2005 North
Main Street in Fairview, OK. More
recently, in 2007 we opened our
Altus location at 3003 E. Broadway
in Altus, OK. In 2009 Earl and
Sharon decided to put in place the
ultimate succession plan and
Livingston Machinery Company became
an ESOP owned company meaning that
the employees now share 100% of the
ownership in the company, ensuring
that there will always be a
Livingston Machinery to take care of
our valued customers.
Livingston
Machinery Company now employs over75
people between the three stores and
services between 1500 and 1800 Big
Square Balers as well as countless
other Tractors, Hay Tools and
Tillage Equipment. Livingston
Machinery Company has been the
largest Massey Ferguson Dealer in
North America for the past two
years. We are now dealers for Massey
Ferguson, Hesston, Sunflower, MacDon,
H&S, Valtra, Versatile, Krone,
Woods, Wylie, Manitou, Gehl
Construction, Donahue Trailers,
Hoelscher, Martens, Alo Quicke,
Ottawa, Traeger, Dixon, Stihl, and
Trimble Guidance Systems.
